Librarian Susan O'Connell never expected her 5 month working sabbatical in Ireland to coincide with a global pandemic, but the experience provided a unique look into life in Ireland. From the end of lockdown in May through a busy summer of Irish only vacationers, Susan lived in County Kerry and worked at Derrynane House, a museum about Daniel O’Connell, the Liberator of Ireland. She will share her story and photographs from her trip on Wednesday, March 17 at 7pm via Zoom.
