Ticks are now an established part of the Vermont landscape, and knowing how to prevent tick bites and what to do if bitten will reduce the chance of serious tick borne illness.  Join the Lamoille Valley Medical Reserve Corp at the Craftsbury Public Library on May 15th  6:00-6:45 pm to learn how to protect yourself and your family from ticks.

We will learn about tick behavior, prevention techniques, the diseases that ticks carry, and how to safely remove a tick.  The Medical Reserve Core will have information handouts as well as tick removal kits for participants.
