Friendship Rock Painting Project. Visit us at the block party to paint a rock with an inspiring word  or phrase.  The idea is to take the painted rock and place it where someone may see it and be inspired or uplifted in some way.  We will have a limited supply of rocks on hand, or maybe bring your own rock. Suitable for all ages, even if you can’t spell and paint the kind librarians will be able to assist you.
