Kokedama is a Japanese method of potting and displaying plants in a ball of moss. The Craftsbury Public Library will hold a kokedama workshop on Wednesday, August 9 at 5pm. Participants will experiment with moss and soil to create their own kokedama plant. Plants and supplies will be provided, though people are welcome to bring their own slow-growing houseplant to use if they prefer. All library programs are offered for free, but the cost of materials is $15, so donations to offset that cost are appreciated.
Pre-registration is required for this program. Preregister at the library or by emailing director@craftsburypubliclibrary.org.
