Kokedama is a Japanese method of potting and displaying plants in a ball of moss. The Craftsbury Public Library will hold a kokedama workshop on Wednesday, August 23 at 5pm. Participants will experiment with moss and soil to create their own kokedama plant. Plants and supplies will be provided, though people are welcome to bring their own slow-growing houseplant to use if they prefer. All library programs are offered for free, but the cost of materials is $15, so donations to offset that cost are appreciated.
Pre-registration is required for this program. Preregister at the library or by emailing director@craftsburypubliclibrary.org.
